Bob Forcier has over 30 years experience in business startups, product commercialization and executive leadership including a proven track record of developing products from the R&D stage through full scale manufacturing in a variety of markets. 

Wladek Walukiewicz  Ph.D Chief Technical Officer RSLE

– Dr. Wladek Walukiewicz (LBNL) will coordinate research and development of group III-nitride multijunction and intermediate band solar cells. The R&D activities will be carried out at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) and Cornell University. Dr. Walukiewicz received his PhD in Solid State Physics from the Warsaw Institute of Physics. For ten years he worked at the Warsaw Institute and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before joining LBNL. He is currently a Senior Scientist at LBNL, where his research focuses on solar cell materials and designs. Dr. Walukiewicz has authored over 300 papers, review articles and book chapters. He is also co-inventor on several patents in the area of solar cell materials and device technology.

Iulian Gherasoiu Senior Scientist RSLE

Iulian's 22 successful years of application engineering experience has depth and breadth in epitaxial growth of advanced semiconductor devices include project management, new growth processes and roadmapping of new technologies. One of Iulian's excellent attributes is the hands on knowledge of MBE and MOCVD tools and processes over the most recent 12 years in various types of epitaxial growth for both the LED and PV markets with technologies such as plasma assisted, ammonia, Metal-Organic and Low Pressure systems. Iulian has Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas
